A) Pictures will be back within 10 business days.

A) All orders will be shipped to your home.

 

Q) When is money due?
A) There is no certain due date. We encourage parents to buy on picture day via online or at the parent table. If you pay on picture day, you will receive free shipping to your home.

 

Q) What form of payment do you accept on picture day?
A) We accept Cash only on picture day. But you can pay with a credit/debit card when you view the pictures online. Proof links will be sent out on picture day so you can order to receive free shipping

Q) I have not received the link to view my proofs.

A) Click on the tab above "Find my pictures". If you have trouble call us at 863-875-2967.

 

Q) I have multiple kids, can they take a photo together?
A) Yes but there is a $10 charge for each child after the first.  Cash or card payment can be made at parent table. They will give you a sibling card to give to the photographer.

 

Q)Does my child have to take a photo?
A) Yes. Even if you are not be placing an order, each child's photo must be taken so they can be apart of the team photo.

 

Q)Can I pay after picture day?
A) Yes, you may purchase after picture day, but you will have to pay shipping.
