About Photo Day
We
We make photo day less stressful for the league and coaches and also fun for the parents. Our photo day is organized! We start on time and stick to the schedule that is made for the day. We have signs so parents and coach know where they should go.

What to expect
We usually start with individual portraits then immediately after we take team portraits. For the individual portraits, we use mostly shoot on a white or grey screen to cut each player out and put into a digital background. We also have real sport backgrounds depending what the league want. If we are shooting on the field, we bring tents to photograph players. If you have an inside location we can shoot there too.
Individual portraits
With each player, we pose them in 3 transitional poses. We do give the older players a choice of which poses they would like to do by looking at our "Pick a pose" chart. We use a poser with each photographer whether its our own posing assistant or sometimes we use a coach to help pose the players.

Traditional team
Team pictures
Team photos are taken immediately after individual pictures are done. We can do traditional team photos where we photograph the team on the field or we can do a composite team photo. The composite team photo is when we take and extra photo of each player during the individual session. Then we composite the individual photos to make a composite team photo. Composite team photos are great because the whole team does not have to be there at the same time in order for us to get a team photo.

Parent table
Parents can check in at the parent table. At this tent, we have a display of products parents can purchase online. Parent will be able to pay in cash or credit card if they don't want to pay online. There will be someone there to answer questions and take payments. We have set our system up so parents don't have to wait in a long line. They can conveniently pay from their phone. We are no longer doing order forms. Parent can place their order on their phone or at a kiosk at the parent tent.
